Whenever we hit summer, I think of barbecued food… something seemingly forbidden to vegans. But it doesn’t have to be! There are so many options for vegans to fulfill that sentimental craving for barbecue. These barbecue cauliflower bites are a healthy and delicious way to do just that.
I love cauliflower! It not only gives you that full feeling, but a healthy full feeling and can be substituted for many different foods. Not to mention, you get to use your favorite barbecue sauce! I personally like one with a kick.
But whether you choose a sweet, tangy, or spicy sauce, these bites are sure to be a hit for dinner or your next barbecue! I love pairing them with my Greek Potato Salad. The coolness of the cold potato salad contrasts well with the heat of the hot cauliflower bites and some ranch! Let me know how they turn out!
