Vegan Mac and Cheese

There are SO many ways of making a vegan mac and cheese. The two ways I see the most are: buying a vegan cheese sauce or using boiled vegetables. This recipe, however, has a secret ingredient that makes it extremely easy to prepare and the end result is an extra creamy, delicious vegan mac and cheese.

The secret ingredient? Garlic. And lots of it!

The whole roasted head of garlic is what gives this recipe it’s creaminess. Pair that with nutritional yeast and a homemade nut Parmesan, and you’ve the best creamy and cheesy vegan mac and cheese!
