If you’ve never had riced cauliflower before then you must be living on another planet! But don’t worry, you’re here now and ready to make an awesome entree side that is simple, yet delicious. If you’ve had riced cauliflower before then welcome back and enjoy!
Riced cauliflower is great because not only is it cheap, but it’s simple and healthy. I loved pairing it with some broccolini or using it to make cauliflower fried rice. YUM!

Ingredients
- 1 large cauliflower head
- 1 tbsp garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Cut of cauliflower stem and break cauliflower into small pieces.
- Place pieces in high powered food processor and blend on high until it’s a rice-like consistency.
- Heat olive oil on high and add cauliflower.
- Stir occasionally for 10 minutes, then add the garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Stir occasionally for remaining 10 minutes, until the cauliflower is starting to brown.
- Enjoy!
