Sometimes I loathe salads. Mostly because I hate when it’s the only thing I can eat at a restaurant. But also because people who aren’t familiar with veganism think that’s all I eat. Not to mention the lettuce wilts so fast…
But I love salads with strawberries or other seasonal fruit! This salad will have your mouthwatering with the sweet strawberries, smoky tempeh bacon, and crisp lettuce. It’s easy to make and you can use your left over tempeh bacon in the morning for a nice side to breakfast.
Let me know how your salad turns out!
